After you create an account, you may choose to provide additional information on your Sports Vitae profile, such as choose your sport, certificates, your role, playing as and from. Providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from our Services by helping you express your sports identity

3. Right to change:

You can change your Sports Vitae information at any time by editing your profile, deleting content that you have posted, or by closing your account. You can also ask us for additional information we may have about your account. You can search for any sports profile by entering their name, this is created to actually help you to connect with same sport interest around the world. Apart from that you can also connect with anyone, of different sports, their on Sports Vitae, which includes Teams also. Sports Vitae would also give you a real time connect, based on the city you have entered along with your interest, that totally depends on you if you want to connect with them or not.

6. Teams/Groups:

If you participate in team creation, share content on your profile/team's profile, or import a blog or other content, you should be aware that any information you choose to disclose using these services can be read, collected, and used by other Members in these forums, developers, and other third parties, including advertisers. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these forums. Your team contributions are typically searchable on our Services. Sports Vitae team can use team data for their own analysis purpose; this would be done to provide you with new features like top team in your area/city/state/country. This analysis can also help you to connect with your own level teams. Team creation is a part of team sport, the sport which is played individually wont't be able to use this feature.

7. Safety:

We will do our best to keep SportVitae safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep Sports Vitae safe, which includes the following commitments by you:

1. You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Sportsvitae.
2. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Sports Vitae, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
3. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Sports Vitae.
4. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
5. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
6. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
7. You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

8. Graphs/Data Analysis:

Graphs creation would entirely would be on the data entered, Sports Vitae have already set what all graphs should be placed on your 'my performance' tab but if user want any additional graphs to be introduced, then user can contact our customer support team. Decision to include the graph would entirely be on Sports Vitae.

9. Customize Performance:

This field has been introduced to ensure a user to enter their daily stats only, if user has not created a team or are now not a part of any team. Sports Vitae do not take any responsibility or authenticity of the data entered by any user or any team. However, whatever information is been entered is safe with us and we will ensure all the safety measures are in place.

10. Compliance to follow:

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information, profile information, or information about your activities as a Member or Visitor when required by law, or other legal process. If we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce the User Agreement, investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, or protect the security or integrity of our Service; or (3) exercise or protect the rights, property, or safety of Sports Vitae, our Members, personnel, or others.
